Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who’s excited to own the fundamentals, clean up legacy systems, and help us build a scalable finance function as we grow. This is a high-visibility role with a ton of impact - you’ll get exposure to much more than traditional corporate accounting.

What You’ll Do

Your core function is accounting - and you’ll own it end-to-end:

Month-End & GL

• Own the full month-end close
• Manage reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accuracy
• Maintain internal controls and ensure financial integrity
  

Billing & Cash Cycle

• Own billing & order-to-cash
• Manage AR/AP
• Clean up legacy data and build sustainable processes
  

Compliance & Reporting

• Partner with external auditors & tax firms
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Keep QuickBooks clean and audit-ready
  

Plus Exposure To (if you want it):

• Budget-to-actuals
• Trend and variance analysis
• FP&A forecasting support
• Rev rec research
• Building scalable, repeatable finance operations

This is not just accounting. You’ll see more of the business here than most Senior Accountants see in 5 - 7 years.

The range for this role is $85K–$100K + bonus eligible + equity
